The Event Square is a multi purpose event space that can be doubled as a flexible study area. Movable and lightweight furniture are used to keep the space easy to configure. There are also movable booths and racks which can be setup as registration desks or pop-up retail booths. The double-storey bookshelf feature is representative of the building's history as the former MPH building first built in 1908! There are creative light fixtures which display different words. Feel free to create your own words with the switches by the side. Look carefully and you will also see the hidden projector screen and projector to facilitate display of presentation materials during relevant events such as talks and sharing sessions. The yellow elevated booth serves as a presentation platform for speakers and a deejay booth for more relaxed events. Its a nice place to snap your photos of your events as well.
