Your favourite/ most memorable project

You know when you hear a song, it brings back memories associated with that phase of your life…

The Capstone projects have a similar effect on me.

Each project will bring back unique memories of the emotions that I witnessed and experienced together with the students.  The joy of getting a breakthrough in their solution, tears of frustration when their ideas got rejected by the client (and me), and eventually the deep satisfaction of delivering an amazing project beyond their imagination.

If you might have a favourite book/ quote/ movie/ musical/movie character /special talent.. please do share your favourite(s)! And let us know why it is your favourite!

My favourite book of all times is “Switch: How To Change Things When Change Is Hard”.

I started my consulting career in Accenture more than 20 years ago, as a change management analyst, and now I own a company called Change Voyage that helps other companies manage organisational change. I am fascinated with all things related to getting individuals, teams and organisations to change what they do and how they think.

Many people think that changing behaviour and mindset is very difficult.  “Switch” proves that it can be easy. The authors provide a very easy to remember framework for anyone to wants to change themselves or change others.

For those of you interested to know more about why I love this book, you can check out my podcast at:  https://thesquareapple.transistor.fm/s1/24
