Project Description

The project seeks to find out key issues related to youth savings, on-line distribution, and the future business model of insurance.

Project Outcomes

Students were able to use the business model canvas as the organizing framework across all disciplines (marketing, strategy, finance, communication, operations, OBHR, accounting, etc.), which include pointing the clients to an innovative way for delivering a value proposition to others, and business model elements to identify how the firm should organise to deliver this value proposition.
